Hans Zimmer’s soundtrack to Ridley Scott’s cool sequel of Harris’s amazing Silence Of The Lambs is one moody piece of work. A fine touch enhancing a few of the intense orchestrated pieces is the addition of dialogue from Anthony Hopkins, taken from the film. The soundtrack also includes a Glenn Gould rendition of a Bach piece while the disc as a whole reflects the dark suspense and deadly nature of the film marvelously in the beautifully performed classical pieces carrying a wide range of nuances, climaxes and build-ups. 5 / A - PB
