Mandylor seemed to have taken a dive. This cheap slasher flick is low in the “convincing FX” or “good script” departments to save it. A crazy plastic surgeon goes on the run after his demented experiments get busted. Years later a bunch of boozing, necking teens go to a cabin in the woods (or a shed on a wooded plot of land), and get plagued by the doctor of the title and his crazy female minions. The "Chopper" actually refers to the guy’s bike, but has a passable double meaning.
