Deep Impact and Armageddon are suspiciously similar. A meteorite is about to hit earth, laying mankind to waste. Unless this deadly rock gets destroyed, only selected people will be allowed into shelters. A variety of people’s lives are tracked with some emotional consequences. Personally I find this a better film than the rah-rah spectacle that is Armageddon.
